Fabrication and Pre-Powder coat QC Position (Novato, CA)

Owl Vans has quickly become a world leader in Sprinter Van adventure accessories. To keep up with our rapidly growing demand, we need a full-time fabricator to join our team. This position will assist with the fabrication of new and existing products. You will be completing pre-production prototypes to high-volume production of established items while performing all fabrication and finishing in-house.

Quality is crucial, so you must care deeply about what you build. Only the best gear leaves our shop!

We are looking for a team member that is excited, driven, and reliable. Due to our rapid growth, there is a lot of opportunity for advancement, additional compensation, and simply the excitement of a successful outdoor company.

No previous experience is necessary! We're willing to train the right person if they are interested in learning to weld, metalworking, and fabrication. 

Job Requirements:

• Enjoys working with their hands and has an analytical mind
• Willingness and ability to use a variety of power tools and equipment
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Valid driving license and good driving record
